I recently undertook the O-Points project with the master notes, so here are my notes from chapter 9.

Day 33 - Profitt MIA

Today in WHAP we did a group activity as a table team. First, Mr. Profitt wasn't here for class today for "Kairos" (probably cutting class to play Civ 6), so we had Mr. Donahue for our sub. Once class started, we promptly got to work on our assignment so that we could finish by the end of the period, since we only had class time to work on it. One member of our group, Guy, actually did one of his responses beforehand  so that he would have all of class to work on just one other response and not be rushed, along with being able to assist the rest of us. We ended up finishing right as the bell rang, with Mr. John Holloran being the last to submit as he couldn't figure out how to type his answers onto the google dock, as the keyboard was getting in the way. Day 153 - The Final Reflection

Today in WHAP (or rather several days ago) we had our last class. So to start this reflection off I'm basically going to go over my personal feelings about the class. For starters, lets go from an academic standpoint. Right from the first day, WHAP is probably going to seem scary. You're going to roll up to class, and Mr. Profitt is going to show you some musty image of someone getting sprayed with a fire house, because it's so much information. Sure, their is a lot to learn, but it's really not that bad. And that's kinda what you need to keep in mind in this class. You're going to get some low quiz grades, but there are so many that it will eventually balance out. You may get some bad mastery grades, but with revisions you'll make it an acceptable grade. Same thing with the information; if you kinda stay on top of things it won't be that bad. That's my feeling on this class; I think it was a difficult class but I wouldn't say it's im...

Day 119 - The Notorious DBQ

Today in WHAP we took our DBQ. I didn't think it was too difficult, and I can guarantee myself that I got at least 4 points so that's kinda nice. I also answered the prompt this time so that was nice too. Time, like with most essays, is the largest issue with long in class essays. And of course, most people generally use every single moment for the exam. So it can be problematic when  time is...taken from us and we lose this time on the exam. The Class worrying about having enough time as Mr. Profitt drones on On the plus side, Mr. Profitt mentioned a helpful revision process so maybe we'll get to partake in that.  I'm sure, as in most classes, when we have a large test one day, there is no homework that night. If you were to assume that in WHAP, however, you'd be completely incorrect. I see how it is. Check Moodle. With that, the bell rang and we were dismissed. Until Tomorrow!
